Seattle Rose Society

Membership

The Seattle Rose Society meets at the Center for Urban Horticulture, 3501 NE 41st St, in Seattle, on the third Tuesday of each month except July and December, at 7:30 pm. Open to the public, these meetings present topics pertaining to roses and their culture, and offer visitors and members alike the opportunity to ask questions and to share information.

Each meeting month, the Seattle Rose Society publishes Rose Petals, a bulletin that keeps the membership informed of Society activities, and contains articles and news notes packed with facts and advice on growing roses.

Each year, the Society offers pruning demonstrations at various locations throughout the Greater Seattle, including the Woodland Park Rose Garden. Garden visitations and a picnic are usually scheduled during the summer months, and the Society's annual banquet is held in October. The Society also holds an annual rose show in June.

To join the Seattle Rose Society, complete the form below, then print it out and mail it with payment for annual dues to: Jason Fredette, 5614 S. Prentice Street, Seattle WA 98178.

Dues are $15 per year per household ($20 U.S. funds for mailing to Canada), based on a calendar year.

We are a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization and all contributions to the Society are tax-deductible.
